We get a lot of questions about how to view all occurrences of a recurring event in list form in Outlook. Unfortunately, this is not possible. The Calendar view displays the individual occurrences and the list view displays the single event.
If you need to see all of the occurrences you have two options:
1. Export your calendar to Excel. Exporting to Excel (or CSV format) breaks recurring events into individual appointments and you can view the list of dates there.
2. Create a filtered view of the calendar so that only the event is displayed. Select 6 weeks in the navigation calendars (1) and use the arrow buttons beside the month name (2) to scroll through the calendar by 5 week periods. (The 6th week is the first week in the next view.)
Update: To see just a list of the recurring events without seeing all of the dates the events or appointments fall on, you need to use a list view. You can filter by Recurrence = Yes to hide non-recurring events.
