Last week I told you how mark the contacts you wanted to journal from the contacts folder, but if you plan to journal every contact you'll want to create a custom form with the journal field set.

1. Look for the Journal field on the All Fields tab of a new Contact item.
2. Type Yes over the No.
3. Publish it to the Contacts folder.
4. Right click on the Contacts folder and choose properties
5. Select your new form as the form to use when posting to this folder.
