Does it annoy you that Outlook Notes can't be set to stay on top of other windows?
Outlook doesn't have a built in way of keeping a window on top, but at least one small tray application can nail any window on top. Its aptly called Nail It! and is available for download from http://www.poremsky.com/p/programs.htm. This utility was released in 1997 and hasnt been updated since, but it does what I want it to do and works well for me in Windows 2000/XP.
To use it, right click on the tray icon and choose Nail. Click anywhere in the window to keep it on top. Repeat the process, choosing unnail, to release the window.
