You can open documents and web pages using appointments if you create an online meeting.
When the reminder triggers, a dialog will open, asking if it can open the document or web page.
Note: You can tell Outlook to always open that document type automatically if
you want, although it's not recommended for web pages and some document types
because of the virus potential - this setting applies to the document type
across all windows programs, including IE, and a malicious script in a web page
could open that document type automatically.
