If you begin to compose a message then save it to drafts, when you reopen it, edit it and send immediately, the original version in drafts may be sent, not your edited version. This is because Outlook sends the last saved version before autosave has a chance to update it.

To avoid problems, after editing a draft message, save it, then send.
