Outlook 2003's search folders retain the results and remain up-to-date by adding new messages to the search folder as they arrive, provided you view the contents at least once every 8 days. If you use the folder less often, Outlook will need to rerun the search. Because Outlook has a limit of 20 search folders, use Advanced Find for less used searches. When you save the Advanced Find search, it's almost as fast and convenient as Search Folders.
