Adding Comments to Email

Tip text If you need to add comments to messages you have 4 choices:

  1. Add a flag and change the Flag to: message to something else by typing over Follow Up
  2. Open the message and use the Edit, Edit message menu to add notes in the message body.
  3. Create a Journal entry for your notes.
  4. Purchase an add-in called OutNote - http://www.totalidea.com/product.php?Product=OutNote
