Microsoft Office Outlook Connector (version 4)

Works with Outlook 2003 and 2007 to bring Hotmail and MSN email accounts into Outlook. If you have a paid account, you can also bring your calendar, tasks, and notes into Outlook.

I'm not sure what changes are in this release that warranted a full version number jump so soon after version 3's release as they did not update the change log.
