Always do the feedback questionnaire if an article on the Microsoft website is unclear or missing info. They do read these comments and while they may not edit an article on just one bad report, they will attempt to make it easier to understand once they get a few “it didn’t help” comments. Don’t just say “this didn’t help.” Or “it’s wrong” tell them why it didn’t help or was hard to understand.

They also like praise if it helped, but it’s very important that they know when the articles don't help so they can fix them.

While the same advice should apply to any website that has a feedback questionnaire on each page, I know the appropriate persons at Microsoft read these comments and will rework the article if it’s not helping their users.
