On this page we have the icons you may see in your Inbox, Sent folder, or in the message header. In most cases, Outlook 2007 (and Outlook 2010) use the “New” icons introduced in Outlook 2003, however, if the icon is different it is listed under the Outlook 2007 column.

Rules & Alerts | Toolbars | More Icons

Icons specific to IMAP & Offline Exchange and Messenger Integration are on page 2, along with Toolbar icons.

I have setup a rule with a auto reply message back to the sender. Is it possible to have the original email sender’s “Subject Line” content displayed in the return email back to sender.

Not using native Outlook features. An addin called email templates may work, or you could write your own script.

Those icons mean you are working offline and either downloading headers only or downloading based on message size. Press Ctrl+Alt+S to open the send/receive dialog – select the send/receive group and press Edit. Select the account and check the download options.

Based on your screenshot, it looks like you are using POP3 and your screen will look like this: http://slipstick.me/jing/send-receive.png

An end user’s outlook inbox does not show the ! for High important email. How can I fix this?

    1) I don’t know how to reinstall (in a certain moment it did not work any more) the information to know how many of the addressees I sent a mail have read or not and the hour he did.
I have that option installed in my computer but it works with some people but not with others.
When it works an opened envelope with an “I” appears in “sent messages”. When I open it a lapel saying “follow” appears if I open it I can follow if it is read or not.
This option is working very seldom, with some mails but not with others.

    2) Is it possible to have my Outlook XP 2003 with 8 Gigabytes in “the cloud”. If it exist this possibility how it can be done?

    Thanks a lot
