Outlook’s Contact (and Journal) Icons

Journal Icons

The icons that you’ll see in the journal folder are normal icons for the file or item type, but have a small clock in the lower left corner. Only Contacts that are configured to be journaled (in Tools, Options) will have a clock on their icon in their own folder.

Journal-enabled Contact (Tools, Options, Journal Options, Contacts that are checked)
