Using Outlook Express

This site is dedicated to helping users with Microsoft Outlook.

Outlook Express is not a lite version of Outlook. It was developed by the Internet Explorer group at Microsoft, while Outlook comes from the Office and Exchange group.

If you need help with Outlook Express (OE), visit http://www.insideoe.com

If you want to use Outlook and your ISP only "supports" OE, that doesn't mean Outlook won't work with it, it just means they won't help you set it up. Use the instructions for OE and choose the Control Panel Mail applet. Enter the address and server information in the appropriate fields and choose More Settings if you need to configure other options.
