I get a lot of questions asking how to do this-or-that in "Outlook", as in the email service formerly known as Hotmail. While I typically write about how to use Outlook, the desktop client, I'm getting more than enough questions to know that people are confused with the similar names and are frustrated because they can't find the features they need. I hope I can eliminate some of the confusion.
A frequent question is how do I Forward a message?
Or, in the words of most people who need to ask
"How the #$%& do I forward a message?"
Yes, it's THAT frustrating for many users.
Expand the Reply button at the top of the page - Forward and Reply all are under the Reply button. If you are into keyboard shortcuts, try Shift+F for Forward, Shift+R for Reply all and R to Reply.
Tip: You can also right click on a message and select Forward from the menu or use the Actions menu on the right side of an open message.
Hi Team, Can you please help with email auditing query I posted below. Need to track who is moving emails or marking catagories.
Hi Team,
Can you please help me with outlook email auditing. We have multiple shared mailboxes in outlook and number of users. My few team members are intentionally marking emails with different catagories, moving them in different folders. Is there any macro or tips we can use to track User who is doing this?
Please note our office systems are admin protected so we cannot make changes in system settings. Any VB macro or outlook settings will be helpfull.
Regards,
Ket.
