Tip 753: Moving Folders

Do you need to move folders from one pst file to another pst file? Or delete a bunch of folders from a pst?

If you’ve tried this before, you’ve discovered you can only move (or delete) one folder at a time. However, you do move or delete all items within that folder – including all subfolders. So… when you need to move or delete a number of folders, drag the folders into one folder then move or delete that folder.
Also, when you are deleting folders, you can drag them to the Deleted Items folder and empty your deleted items without the annoying “are you sure?” dialog.
