Tip 778: View More than 30 Group Schedules

I recently had a question about Outlook 2010′s Group Schedules: “When I try to look at schedules in Outlook 2010 it tells me “More than 30 calendars cannot be viewed at once” so is there some other way I can set this up so that we have the same functionality when we upgrade to Outlook 2010? “

I recently learned of a registry change you can make to allow more group schedules (up to 100). You can do this using the group policy templates or edit the registry directly.

To edit the registry directly, open the registry editor and browse to the follow key. If it does not exist, you’ll need to create it.

HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Options\Calendar

If the DWORD CalendarMaximumNumber does not exist, create it. Modify the value to a multiple of 10, up to 100.
