Tip 869: How Many Exchange Accounts in Outlook 2010?

I felt sure I used this tip before, but can’t I find it… so it appears my memory is bad. :)

Microsoft Outlook 2010 supports multiple Exchange server accounts (a very cool feature for anyone who needs to access more than one Exchange server account). You can have up to 15 accounts in your profile, to be exact. But, by default it is limited to 5 accounts but can be changed by editing the registry or applying a group policy.

The relevant key is
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Exchange
DWORD: MaxNumExchange
Allowed values: a number between 1 and 15
