After the earlier tip on how to copy voting responses, an Outlook user said it didn't work with meetings. That's expected since you can't copy the meeting responses, only the list of invitees.
To get a list of the attendee and their responses in Outlook 2007 and older you have two options: screen print or VBA. (Outlook 2010 and up includes a Copy Status to Clipboard command on the Tracking button, which copies the invitees names and their status.)
The VBA to send the meeting details and responses to a Word document is on Outlookcode.com but because many users complain that it doesn't work, I tweaked the code to print the list to a new Outlook message.
This will eliminate one reason why the Word version didn't work: people forgot to set a reference to Word object model in the VBA Editor. (The other reason is macro security settings.)
The result will look like this:
Get the code: Get a List of Meeting Attendees and Responses
