Tip 1016: Print just the Monday to Friday work week in Outlook

When you print a calendar in Outlook, you can choose to print just your workdays, as set in Calendar options. For most people this is Monday through Friday, but it works with any selection of days. Older versions of Outlook printed all days between the first and last, while newer versions will properly print just the selected workdays.

How can I print just the Monday to Friday work week in my Outlook 2010 weekly calendar?

You need to go into Print Options > Page Setup and select Only Print Workdays.

Select Only Print Workdays

To access this dialog, go to File > Print > Print Options button (#1 in the screenshot below) then the Page Setup button (#2 in the screenshot below). If it is selected but is not working as expected, deselect it and apply, then re-enable it. Also check your workweek settings in File, Options, Calendar.
