Tip 403: 'Word is Unavailable' Error

Are you using Word as your e-mail editor and get a message that says something like this: "Word is unavailable, not installed, or is not the same version as Outlook… An OLE registration error occurred.  The program is not correctly installed. Run Setup again for the program." Yet Word is installed, is the same version of Outlook and you reinstalled or repaired Office and the error still occurs?

Try registering the ole32.dll. To do this, at Start menu, Run, type:

regsvr32.exe ole32.dll

then press OK. This should reregister the object and get rid of the error message.
