Tip 243: Permanently Deleting Items

You can bypass the Deleted Items folder by holding Shift when you delete an Outlook item. Accessing OWA from Outlook

Use Outlook Anywhere (RPC over HTTP) if the administrator has it enabled. This works with Outlook 2003 and up. Tip 239: Truncated Folder Names

When the folder names in Outlook are cut off or otherwise look weird, it's usually the result of the Windows theme you're using and it's easy to verify the problem is theme related – switch to the default theme and see if the problem is solved.
