Always do the feedback questionnaire if an article on the Microsoft website is unclear or missing info. Tip 491: Show Time as Clocks

Show time as clocks is a feature found in the calendar of Outlook 2003 and earlier versions. When enabled, appointments in the Month or Week view will display little clocks that represent the start and end time to the nearest quarter hour, clocks are shaded black for PM.
