Tip 335: Select Weeks

This question came up in the Microsoft newsgroups: "If I change the view from 1 or 5 days to 7 or 31 day and click on different week/month the view reverts back to one day view. Why does it happen and how can I still switch back and forth between weeks/months and still maintain the 7/31 day view?"

That happens because you clicked on a day in the navigation calendar. Try scrolling (use the arrow and page up and down keys) or click the month name in the navigation calendar and select another month. You can also use Go to (Ctrl+G or right click menu).

To display full weeks, hold the mouse in front of the week and click to select the full week or click on the first day of the week and drag to the end of the week. Select two or three weeks for a larger view of those dates in the calendar.
