A recent tip told you how to save multiple messages to a text file by selecting the items and choosing File, Save as.

If you are fortunate enough to have Acrobat 8, you can print to an Acrobat package. Each message and any attachments will be a separate page grouped together in a single PDF. It’s actually a pretty nifty method of archiving important emails. You’ll be able to view them on any computer that has Adobe Reader installed and many search tools will index the messages.
