Tip 6: Printing a Calendar

While Outlook includes the capability to print calendars in different planner formats, many users find the calendar template for Word does a better job for a monthly calendar. Using Olcalndr allows you to customize the calendar grid, including coloring cells, using images, and add additional notes.

The template works well for group calendars and you can save it as HTML and post it on a website. Although it says it’s for Ol97/98, it works well with all versions, including OL2003.
