Tip 281: Using the Recurrence Pattern to Filter

Are you looking for ways to filter or create views to display recurring appointments? Try using the Reoccurrence Pattern field in the filter. It works best with Yearly events because the recurrence pattern is in the format of "every August 5", but may still be useful when used in conjunction with filters on other fields.

You'll need to use the Advanced tab of the filter dialog and select (or type) recurrence pattern in the field.

If you need help creating a custom view, https://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/custom_views.htm has a tutorial.
