Tip 294: Create an Accounts Toolbar

A reader asks: "I have about six different eMail addresses for different items of personal and work life… I wish I could make a 'toolbar' with the different accounts and actually 'click' on the account I want to make a new eMail from. I don't know how many times I've sent personal mail using my [default] work account… you know?"

You can create templates with the account selected and hyperlink them to a toolbar. Note that if you make a new profile and the account names change even slightly, you'll need to resave the template for that account. //www.slipstick.com/outlook/mool_acct.htm has screenshots and detailed instructions.
