A user asks: "When trying to print multiple items from within Outlook 2003, I am unable to deselect the check box next to "Start each item on a new page." I am currently trying to print out over 100 notes, so it forces each note to start on a new page and each page to print independently of the others. Every page is listed as 'Page 1' at the bottom. However, when click on print preview, I can see the printout in the style I like, but it does not work that way when the document actually prints."
Change your default email format to Rich text. This should make the checkbox to "Start each item on a new page " enabled.
To verify it works as expected, print to the Office Document Image Writer. Don't forget to change it back to HTML or plain text when you are finished printing notes.
