Tip 80: Printing Notes

Did you know you can drag one or more Outlook Notes to the Inbox to create a message? The Note text and last Modified date for each Note is added to the message body.

Use this trick with Outlook 2003 to print Notes on a continuous sheet of paper, since Outlook 2003's File, Print menu forces Notes to separate sheets of paper. When you want the Notes printed on one page, select and drag Notes to the Mail icon on the Navigation bar and drop them. A new message opens containing the Modified date and Note text for each Note. Print the message and close it.
