A user recently asked about scheduling recurring appointments that don’t fit a recurrence pattern “Our company just started with Outlook and we have not been able to figure out how to schedule an appointment with multiple dates that are not a recurring date.”
While this is a feature in other corporate mail systems, Outlook (and Exchange server) supports only recurring appointments that fit a pattern. You have two options: if the appointment mostly fits a recurrence pattern you can move occurrences to other dates to create exceptions. We don’t recommend doing this for more than a handful of appointments in a series. The second option is to make one appointment then copy and more or paste it on the other dates.
If you frequently need to create multiple appointments an add-in is available – WS.Repeat Appointments
