A reader had this question:
How do I block the users I invite to my internet calendar on outlook from inviting other users? How do I keep control?
Unfortunately for most users, you can't prevent invitees from forwarding invitations to others. You can request they ask permission first, and set a company policy that forbids forwarding invitations then punish users who forward invitations.
Also note that when a meeting is forwarded, the organizer may receive an email notification. If you receive a forwarded invitation and accept it, your acceptance will be sent to the organizer and your name will be added to the attendees list.
Only if your organization uses a rights management server, can you prevent users from forwarding items.
