I get a lot of questions asking how to fix the Sent Items folder when it shows the From column instead of the To column. This is useless since you know who the message is from and want to see who it was sent to.
When this happens, you need to Reset the view on the folder.
In Outlook 2010 and 2013, switch to the View ribbon and click Reset View.
In Outlook 2007 and 2003, click or right click on the field names above the message list (where it says From) and choose Custom from the bottom of the menu then click Reset.
In older versions, right click on the field names, choose Customize current view, then Reset.
