Users are complaining that Ctrl+Q (Mark as Read shortcut in Outlook) has stopped working.
My Ctrl+Q (Mark as Read shortcut) stopped working. My mail management routine is based on marking as read items that are either closed or are not needed any further attention. Pressing Ctrl+Q won't do anything. Ctrl+U for making unread works perfectly.
It's not you, it's Bing. The Bing Desktop app uses Ctrl+Q to expand the application when it's collapsed. You have two choices: uninstall it or disable the keyboard shortcut.
To disable (or change) the shortcut, open the Bing search bar and click on the Gear icon to expand the Settings panel. Select Preferences and either untick the Keyboard Shortcut option or change the keyboard shortcut.
