Tip 586: Forward Drafts

January 30, 2009
By

We get questions from quite a few people who need to prepare an email then forward it (as an attachment) to someone else to send. But the Send button is grayed out and the message can’t be sent.

In order for the Send button to be live, the message needs to be in the Drafts folder. The recipient can drag it from the message and drop it into his Drafts folder.
